Race 7 - J16 and not so young
This race was dominated not just by the great number of J16 racers but by the adaptive and 90+ racer 99-year old John Hodgson from Leeds.
Jack Beaumont from Maidenhead RC won a CHAMPIONSHIP RECORD which has stood for 14 years with a time of 6:15.3 - a great race!
John Hodgson though was the absolute star of the show with a standing ovation as he beat the machine again and won the 90+ year old category - a fantastic achievement!
