All of the women age group heavyweights race in the packed first race of the day. Some very quick times and close races, especially between Alena Antoneva (30-34) and Caroline Dolan (35-39) who were close all the way through.
Alena Antoneva wins in 7:08 with Caroline very close behind, both winning their age categories.
